Beijing Jingyibeifang Instrument Co., Ltd. (Originally Beijing No. 3 Electric Meter Plant) is the first professional company desigated by the State to manufacture electric meters. The Company was established in 1977, reconstructured and reformed into Beijing Jingyibeifang Instrument Co., Ltd. in 2003, and now it’s located in Daxing Industial Development Zone which is reputed as " Green Sea and Sweet Park ". The Company belongs to a medium State-owned joint-stock company with total assets over 100 million RMB, own plant area 26,000 m2 and production capacity of 3.8 million sets of electric meters per year. The Company also has a JV plant manufacturing electric meter in Bangladesh. The Company was awarded by Beijing Municipal Government as Model Collectivity.
The Company persists in the management policy of "seeking greater perfection, excellence quality, first-class service and sincere dedication" all the time. As an professional company to R&D and manufacture electric meters, the Company was in the first batch to be granted the “Manufacturing License” in 1987. The Company also was proud to have the two certificates of “Manufacturing License” and “Measurement License” after effectiveness of Measurement Law in 1987.
