单相电子式预付费多费率电能表采用专用电能计量芯片，实现电能多费率分时计量、IC 卡预付费管理、断电数据保护、最低电量报警、零电量断电、最大负荷控制、可编程数据处理等功能。结合售电系统，可根据用户的实际使用情况自动进行用电统计和调配。产品功能丰富，性能可靠，过载能力强，适用于多种用电管理模式。
本产品符合GB/T17215-2002（idt IEC61036：2000）,GB/T18460.3-2001,GB/T15284-2002 及电磁兼容（EMC）标准。
Features Characteristics & Standard Adopted
The single-phase electronic pre-payment multi-rate electricity meter is produced by adopting the specific power measuring chip can realize multi-rate time-division rating, IC card pre-payment management, data protecting at power failure, alert for low limited power, power cut for zero power, controlling maximum load and programming data processing.
