本系列产品是以感应式电能表为基表，采用专用掩膜CPU电路进行数据处理、显示和预付费控制的智能仪表。数据交换媒介采用IC 卡，动态加密，安全可靠。可实现购电量、剩余电量显示，最低电量报警，超负荷断电，零度电量断电等功能。配合售电系统可对用户用电情况进行分析和管理。
产品符合标准GB/T15283-1994（idtIEC60521：1988）和GB/T18460.1~3-2001，电磁兼容性（EMC）合格。

This kind of pre-payment single-phase electricity meter is produced by using the CPU circuit to realize the data processing & display and pre-payment control on the basis of induction watt-hour meter. Using IC card as the medium of data exchange, the password can be generated dynamically. Safety and confidential
assured. Can realize credit display, alert for low limited as well as power cut for overload & zero power. User,s conditions of power consumed can be analyzed and controlled with power vending system. This product is manufactured in accordance with the standard of GB/T15283-1994(idtIEC60521:1988) & GB/T18460. 1～3-2001, and passed the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC).
